I design and build the whole thing while you run your business. You get a private link to watch it come together.

If you already have one, you keep it. I just point it at the new site. If you don’t, I’ll help you register one in your own name. It usually runs $10–20 a year, paid to the registrar, not to me.
On a fast global hosting network. With Care ($49/month), hosting, security and small monthly edits are handled for you. Rather not pay monthly? I can set the site up on an account in your name instead. A simple site like this often costs little or nothing to host.
About ten days from kickoff to live for a Starter site. The clock starts once we’ve had our call and I have your logo, photos and services. Growth sites take a little longer, depending on how many pages. After that, the biggest variable is how fast I get your feedback.
A 30-minute call, your logo if you have one, photos of your work, the services you want to be found for, and the towns you cover. No good photos? A phone camera on a sunny day goes a long way.
Every site ships with the basics done right: fast loading, clean code, proper page titles and basic Google setup. Climbing higher in your area takes ongoing work, which is what the local SEO add-on is for. Anyone who promises you the #1 spot is guessing.
